My windows have never looked so clean!

Amazing stuff! Extremely easy to clean the windows with a quick spray, wipe and rinse. No hard scrubbing is needed. My husband and I got out windows done on our 100m2 house in about 15 minutes. Used with the extending window cleaning pole, this stuff makes window cleaning a breeze.

Poor result

I have used this product twice now and it certainly does not deliver what it promises to. It does not get the windows clean even with a good brushing let alone light sponging, and rinsing is a nightmare. No matter how many times the windows are rinsed I am left with streaky windows that dont look much different than when I started. I will not be buying this very expensive product again.

We can understand your disappointment with this result. There is a specific reason for the streaking. We know why this can happen because we tested so many windows before we put the product on the market. We also have huge numbers of commercial window cleaners using this product with spectacular results (or they wouldn't re-order).
Reason 1
Streaking is absolutely the result of soap suds left on the window surface. This can happen when the soap suds have not been washed off completely.
Reason 2
If the Window Witch has dried on the window before you rinsed it off, but this is not such a common scenario.
Reason 3
If too many windows were washed at once and the soap suds have dried on the window. We recommend doing small sections at a time.
Reason 4
There may have had calcium deposits on the window to start with and this wash has just highlighted them.

There is nothing in Window Witch that can leave permanent spots. It is simply a combination of cutting edge surfactants (detergents), which when you rinse, allows the water to sheet off the surface of the glass so that you don’t have to squeegee.
Again - We always suggest:
Thoroughly washing above the window line and off to the sides so that any soap residue that may have over-sprayed on to the sides and above the windows will be captured in the wash down. The wash needs to follow the suds slowly down the window, from top to bottom so that no soap suds are left behind.

To rectify the issue
1.,Spray again with Window Witch and use one of our extendable poles with the microfibre cleaning pad or special, soft headed broom, to do a quick up and down movement to loosen what is presently there.
2.,Spray with the WATER from the Reach Nozzle and spray above the washline and to the sides of the window. Start at the top and work your way down again, washing the residue off thoroughly.
